Day 9^^

Breakfast : the usual (oatmeals with peanut butter and raisins)


And for lunchie : egg sandwich+banana



Add in cucumber too since I'm running out of lettuce :p 

Dinner : black seedless grapes

I wish grapes are cheaper they are so good but expensive :(

Workout : 35mins of thread mill,10mins bike ride, 20minutes of stretching-leg press,weight lighting, squat)
