Day 11^^

Early breakfast at 4.40am =.=


Just 2 slices of peanut butter bread :p

And second breakfast at 9.09am :p


Omelette with chicken sausage. I only ate the potato and the egg, threw away the upper layer of the egg cause it looks like there is cheese on it  :p

And lunch : laksa (noodles+shredded chicken+prawn)  and apple

I know it's unhealthy . This is my twice a month treat so I still left one. Haha




Apple with plum. Yum yum

Dinner : soup+apple


My dad cooked this haha :) my favorite soup=p


And a banana before gym :)

Workout : 40mins of bike ride, 10mins of oxygen stepping,30mins (stretching,weight lifting,sit ups )

In case you are wondering what is oxygen stepping,


Kind of similar to climbing stairs :p
