Porridge with egg plant and egg :p

Snack : fried banana

Had three pieces of this . Haha

Strawberry and grapes :p the strawberry is super sweet , from Korea :p

And another white bean bread :p

Breakfast : oatmeal with my favorite peanut butter, skippy!!! :p and raisin + nuts




Lunch 

Egg sandwich 

100% strawberry whole wheat bread :p

Upon arriving at home...


I had guava and apple :p

Dinner : fish porridge with broccoli and cauliflower :p

Breakfast 

Mixed vege is just so so. Very bland :p

The omelette superb :p


Lunch : 3 slices of peanut butter bread

 

And....

2 pieces of fried banana. My colleague forced me to eat :p


Dinner : it's sweet and sour fish with vege and rice (no picture ) food served in plane :p

Day 43^^

Breakfast 

A slice of peanut butter bread 

Omelette, baked beans and stir fry noodle 

Heart chicken nugget and some shredded chicken 


Lunch 

2 slices of pb bread

A piece of fried fish , cucumber and cabbage

Snack : 3 pieces of chocolate biscuits


Dinner : in room dining :D 

Time to enjoy :p

Stir fry noodle with seafood, chicken and vegetable :p for ONLY RM 8 ~ $2.80

And for dessert,

2 pieces of kagi dark chocolates :)


After workout, feeling hungry again , so I had another slice of peanut butter bread 


It's a pigging out day.. Feeling hungry the whole day .haha !

Breakfast 

Egg sandwich without vege:p

Lunch : oops no picture as my phone dead :/

Anyway I had asam laksa fish(but spicy) with rice and vege (carrot, cauliflower and beans)- food served in plane to Labuan


Dinner : curry puff+mixed beans+raisins

Very little potato :/ so stingy , not generous with the filling haha. And I give 4/10 for this curry puff yeah it was that bad. Haha only had few bites and threw it away :p

Super good can't stop eating haha. I mixed the nuts and raisin, such a perfect combination. I think I just found my new favorite nuts: hazelnut , I likey :p

Day 40^^

Breakfast : egg sandwich 



Lunch : oatmeal + raisins+sunflower seed



Fattening dinner

Grilled chicken :p so so only I still prefer burger from fat boys:p

Dessert : well sweet overload. 

Have two small bites of the brownie super good, shared with 5people though haha. And nope , I didn't eat the vanilla ice cream:p

Brownie wrapped inside crepe.. Had like 4 bites haha.. 

Btw it's dark chocolates :p
