Day 3^^

To kick start the day, a fresh lemon juice and a glass of warm honey drink. Aww feels so good=p

Super huge and juicy lemon ;p

And organic clover honey from USA !!!=p what a cute teddy bottle to store the honey =p

So now for the main course :
Macho breakfast of the day --> homemade egg sandwich =p simple and yummy ;p

The ingredients needed are egg of course, lettuce , miracle whip and bread =p 

First of all crush the hard boiled egg (looks easy and it is easy=p) 

Depending on individual preferences, you can put any sauce desired. For me, I choose miracle whip .why? Cause it's low fat only 15 cal and 0 fat=p but of course it tastes good as well =p

And I add bit of ground pepper ;p


Next I put the vege first before I applied the egg. It's preferable to use whole wheat or multi grain bread after all it's healthier than white bread =p

On another slice of bread, I applied the egg first prior to lettuce =p 

It's just I like it better this way=p

Lastly combine them together and voila the most yummy egg sandwich in the world =p 


First bite nom nom nom ;p

Really good .. I'm a egg sandwich expert :p

My tummy is happy =D

And a green apple to sum up my breakfast of the day^^

Lunch for today : two slices of  peanut butter bread and banana 


I had three containers of black grapes for evening tea thanks to a meeting I attended=p 

Well it's just a very small container =p

Dinner : greenlicious apple+raisins ;p

It's California raisins all the way from US :p

Weight : 130lbs
Workout : 30mins of abs class + 32 mins of bike ride =p

Yay holiday tomorrow !!!!
