Day 17^^

It's Chinese New Year eve !!!!
Super excited for the reunion dinner :P

Breakfast : biscotti + apples


Had 10 pieces of this ^^


Lunch : apple+sushi+ Hong Kong cake



Had a piece of prawn sushi and baby octopus =p


And 4 pieces of this so called Hong Kong cake aka bees cake :p

Dinner aka reunion dinner :p

Had a scrumptious dinner , such a bliss !!:p


I had stir fry vegetable (broccoli, cauliflower, button mushroom, scallop and cashew nuts) , steam fish, abalone and soy sauce chicken mushroom ( only ate the mushroom :p)

Day 16^^

Breakfast : apple + egg cake



I had 10pieces of this . Haha it's very small and very yummy of course made from eggs

Snack : fried crab stick 


Had like 5 tiny pieces of this. Haha

Lunch : chicken rice + apple


Snack : biscotti (homemade)


Ate 5 pieces only :p only only only =p

Dinner : apple + egg + cucumber + cashew nuts 







This is how I eat it. Mixture of egg and cucumber :p perfect combination :p. 

My overall meal today has been unhealthy . So I figured I should eat something healthy for dinner to compensate the junk food I had earlier :D

Breakfast : 2 apples 


Lunch : mushroom omelette + apple


I use only egg whites :p


And really craving for some junk food so...


I had this all natural dark chocolate roll . Okay I know it's still junk regardless of the all natural :p

Dinner : home cook 

Stir fry broccoli with carrot, mushroom and prawn. Also fried egg white with onion. Damn good home cook is the best !!! I miss my mom cook. I can't help but eat two bowls of this. Too good!! Haha

And also stir fry cucumber with anchovies .. Yummylicious

Day 14^^

Breakfast : 3 slices of peanut butter


Starting to fall in love with peanut butter :p

Lunch : steam chicken rice at a Japanese restaurant :p


Dessert : chocolate cake from wan sin for my belated birthday :p 

That is so sweet of her :p


Don't worry I didn't finish the whole slice of cake on my own . I shared with wan sin :p I didn't want to eat but she purposely bought it for me :D

Dinner : sweet and spicy chicken noodle

Actually I ordered fish with potato but it was buttery fish :( so I have no choice but to choose chicken noodle


Sigh the fish looks so damn good ! Why must they put butter on it =.=

What I can say is the food served for business class and economy class totally different.. Haha so much nicer :p well I guess you get what you pay :D

Breakfast at new world suites hotel, Bintulu :)

So i have ....

1) omelette with baked bean

Very very little baked beans :)

2) assorted nuts with raisins


A banana before workout (:


As for lunch : 3 slices of peanut butter bread and apple :p

Ate 3slices of pb bread cause wanna finish off the last bit of pb :p 


Snack : raisins


Dinner : black bean fish rice with vegetable


Only ate the fish and vege :D
