Day 5^^

Breakfast : oatmeal !!! With peanut butter and raisins 

Probably the healthiest breakfast on earth. Haha


Banana as energy booster before my workout =p


Lunch : egg sandwich + crunchy green apple 


Overflowed lettuce =p yes I'm a vege lover =p


Did grocery shopping after my workout. Got green seedless grapes, lemon, apples, cucumber and banana!!! 

So for dinner--> US green seedless grapes + prunes 

Look at how big the grapes are!! Very juicy and sweet =p



Weight : 129lbs ((don't believe me??))

Nah this is the evident=p

Workout : 40mins of thread mill, 20mins of bike ride and 30mins of weight lifting+stretching+sit-ups+plank

One of the workout I did today ,leg press(for stretching )
