Day 13^^

Breakfast at new world suites hotel, Bintulu :)

So i have ....

1) omelette with baked bean

Very very little baked beans :)

2) assorted nuts with raisins


A banana before workout (:


As for lunch : 3 slices of peanut butter bread and apple :p

Ate 3slices of pb bread cause wanna finish off the last bit of pb :p 


Snack : raisins


Dinner : black bean fish rice with vegetable


Only ate the fish and vege :D



Weight : unknown
Workout : 25mins of thread mill,15mins bike ride (fat burn program), 15mins bike ride (strength program), 150 sit-ups, 80 squat, 15mins of weight lifting for arms
