Day 7^^

Breakfast : healthy oatmeal with peanut butter and raisins :p


And an apple 🍎


And for lunch none other than egg sandwich and huge sweet banana :p


Dinner : prunes+ green apple


Ate (3pieces) before heading to gym :p


Weight : 126lbs (for some reason my weight kept decreasing , I'm happy of course but it dosent seem like a good thing cause it means I'll gain back the weight fast too :(

Workout : 30minutes of bike ride ( too tired, busy day ,got off from work at 6pm=.=)
