Lunch : egg sandwich


Snack : brownie 
Too moist and sweet haha

Dinner : oatmeal, apple , raisin, almond (yehs I'm super hungry after workout:p)





Weight : 121lbs (are you proud of me, ahem? :p )

Workout : 20mins of bike ride,15mins of weight lifting, 30mins of abs class
