Day 58^^

Breakfast 


4 slices of wholesome grain bread :p

Mushroom omelette+potato wedges (food served in plane :p) and also a packet of peanut :p

Upon arriving at home,
My favorite noodle cooked by my mum :p

Teddy bear cookies :p

This is potato sliced between some kind of sticky cake ( fritters)

Dinner : raisin

Weight : 123lbs
Workout : 45 mins of HIIT workout
