Day 48^^

Breakfast
It dosent look appealing after I added black sesame but it tastes okay :p still getting use to it :p

Lunch : egg sandwich + raisins+ nuts




Dinner : pecans+raisin+apple+guava






Weight : down to 125lbs

No idea how to rotate the pic :p

Workout : 60mins of strength+cardio+abs+weight lifting, 20mins of bike ride
