So what did I do? I mixed lettuce and egg and ate it :p
And yeap that's what I had for breakfast :p
Snack : raisins+almond
Lunch : steamed chicken with rice and onion ( your favorite :p )
Dinner : apple+2 slices of pb bread+raisin + pecans
Weight : 126lbs (morning), 124lbs(evening) :p
Workout : 30mins thread mill,20mins ladder stepping ,30mins of abs class
