Breakfast

Banana with pb bread. Taste quite good :p

Snack: almond


Lunch : papaya+ raisin+pecan+potato chip:p


For some reason, ruffles potato chip sold in Malaysia is not as tasty as the one in Us :/ very salty ://


Dinner : egg salad, raisin,pecan,orange
I used 2 eggs white :p

Workout : 10mins of standing abs exercise + 10mins of squat(10rep each for 10 squats variation)
