Day 40^^

Breakfast : egg sandwich 



Lunch : oatmeal + raisins+sunflower seed



Fattening dinner

Grilled chicken :p so so only I still prefer burger from fat boys:p

Dessert : well sweet overload. 

Have two small bites of the brownie super good, shared with 5people though haha. And nope , I didn't eat the vanilla ice cream:p

Brownie wrapped inside crepe.. Had like 4 bites haha.. 

Btw it's dark chocolates :p

Workout : 20mins of bike ride, 30mins of strength + abs + cardio
