Breakfast : back to healthy yummylicious oatmeals with peanut butter and raisins :p



Lunch : egg sandwich+banana

As usual too much lettuce :p

Banana has turned black haha


Dinner : carrot + raisins





Weight : 124 lbs
Workout : 30 mins of thread mill, 20 mins of bike ride , 30 mins of abs class
