Day 33^^

Breakfast : oatmeals !!

Yeah it's bit dry hahah too creamy :p

Before gym , my favorite sweet banana :p



Lunch : papaya + egg sandwich

As usual overflowed lettuce :p an egg and another egg white I was too hungry after workout haha :p



Dinner : sunflower seeds + raisins + carrot





Weight : 122lbs *throw confetti :p 
but wait this is before workout begins 

After workout I weighed again and it's 123lbs lol :p


Workout : 50 mins of strength + cardio+abs (YouTube video) and 15 mins of bike ride
