Day 38^^

Breakfast : oatmeal an a slice of pb bread


Eat more for breakfast today since I can foresee I'm gonna get hungry very fast :p



Lunch : egg sandwich 



Snack : a piece of biscuit 

Too hungry :(


Dinner : cucumber,raisin and sunflower seeds hehe





Weight : 122lbs :D
Workout : 20mins of thread mill ,10mins of bike ride, 30mins of abs class
