Breakfast : omelette , cut green beans, capsicum, carrot and cucumber


Snack : pocky

Lunch : oatmeal
Only small amount or raisin :(

Snack : cookies 
This biscuit very dry hahah too dry it's lemon flavor :p


Dinner with Marco and a malay colleague :p

Onion prawn I had three of the prawn, squid and vege. Didn't manage to capture the picture my phone suddenly went haywire lol
