Blue rice with desiccated coconut and fish , the green thingy is made of pine screw haha one of my favorite malay dessert :p

Dinner : a slice of pb bread and raisins





Weight : 125lbs ( I believe is caused I still didn't poop !!!!!! @$#% )
Workout : 20 mins of bike ride and 25mins of resistance workout
